Mine Precision is a mining engineering consultancy supporting operations and projects in Peru, South America and Central Asia.
We are looking for an IMS & Continuous Improvement Assistant to support document control, ISO management systems, audit preparation, KPI tracking, corrective-action follow-up and process improvement activities.
Requirements
- Graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety or Systems Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least one year of experience supporting or managing Integrated Management Systems, document control, audit follow-up, KPI tracking, continuous improvement and controlled documented information.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation and data analysis tools applied to process improvement is desirable.
- Knowledge and interpretation of ISO 9001:2015.
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

Key Responsibilities
IMS Maintenance & Improvement
Support the maintenance, monitoring and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other requirements applicable to the organization.
Documented Information
Maintain and control IMS documented information, including policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, matrices, records, master lists and evidence repositories, ensuring traceability, current revision status and availability.
KPIs & Action Tracking
Track management KPIs, action plans, findings, improvement opportunities, corrective actions, risks, commitments and process-level agreements, and prepare follow-up reports and control trackers.
Audits & Client Qualification
Coordinate with process owners to collect, organize and update the information and evidence required for internal and external audits, client qualification and prequalification processes.
Reporting & Training
Prepare IMS reports, presentations, dashboards and control trackers, and support training activities related to management systems and continuous improvement.
Digitalization & Automation
Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement, digitalization and automation through the use of technology and data tools.
