Henry has more than 25 years of experience in strategic mine planning, operations management, and mining project evaluation, with experience across surface mining, underground mining, and mineral processing.

His background combines technical, operational, and management expertise, allowing him to support projects from planning and evaluation through execution and optimization. Throughout his career, he has led mine planning, operations, and engineering functions, overseeing operating mines and projects under development.

His experience includes mine sequencing, cut-off grade optimization, plant capacity definition, Life-of-Mine (LOM) planning, stockpile management, reserve audits, and operational process optimization.

As Principal Mining Consultant at MINE PRECISION, he supports technical evaluations, feasibility studies, due diligence, and strategic planning for mining projects and operations. His project experience includes San Gabriel, Romina, Constancia, Azulcocha, Morococha, Casapalca, and Igor, among others.

His career also includes senior leadership roles at Buenaventura, Aruntani, San Simón, Barrick Gold, and BHP, giving him a broad perspective that connects mining strategy, operational performance, mineral processing, and business value creation.
